Welcome to Gluten free and Irish! Both me and my mother are intolerant to a range of foods including gluten, eggs, yeast, dairy (cow) and rice... making it virtually impossible for anything we cook to ever turn out nice. 
So we have stocked up on every gluten free flour ( or so it seems) and are trying out recipes and creating our own recipes. After a few sucesses, we have decided to cronicle our creations, hope you enjoy the journey with us :)
