Long hiatus ...

That was a long time ago, since we wrote our last blog post ! Somehow life came between us and the blog. Don't get us wrong, we had great fun during our blogging break, but we also had Leaving Cert exams, getting the hang of therapeutic parenting for the little lady and a busy work schedule.

We finally decided to get the little lady tested for food intolerance(s) and as expected milk topped the charts ! We started missing school because of bad tummy aches. All animal dairy is out for her now, plus gluten, egg, rice and a few odd foods like peas and sunflower seeds.

We are ready to go on and bring you some more of our recipes. Stay tuned !
